When we first acquired the property, it was in a Shell and Core condition. From day one, we worked in close partnership with Berkeley Homes and the Royal Borough of Greenwich to navigate the lease and nursery registration process seamlessly. This rigorous journey involved comprehensive inspections of our existing nurseries and a formal interview with the Early Years department, all of which we passed with flying colours. Our successful negotiations led to a valuable Partnership Agreement with the local authority and Early Years team, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional childcare.
As part of our 25-year lease, we made a substantial investment in the fit-out, with a strong focus on achieving an excellent BREEAM rating—demonstrating our dedication to sustainability and quality. Even after opening, we continued to strengthen our collaboration with the landlord, local community, and Early Years Department, culminating in our recognition as a Centre of Excellence. Our unwavering commitment to the highest standards has been rewarded with two Outstanding ratings from Ofsted, including one from an unannounced visit—solid proof of our exceptional care and education standards.
Most recently, we secured planning permission for a large canopy over part of the outdoor play area, enhancing our facilities even further. With full approval from the landlord and planning department, our trusted contractor successfully delivered the installation, further elevating our nursery’s exceptional learning environment.

Our commitment to excellence was evident from the outset, as we navigated rigorous inspections and approval processes with precision and professionalism.
Following the successful launch of our nursery, our dedication to building strong relationships didn’t stop there. We continued to work hand in hand with the Landlord, Local Community, and Early Years Department to foster a nurturing and high-quality learning environment. Our unwavering focus on providing outstanding childcare and education was formally recognised when we received the prestigious Outstanding rating from Ofsted—an accolade that speaks volumes about the exceptional standards we uphold.

Wanstead

This was our very first nursery, marking the beginning of our journey in providing exceptional early years education. We took on the property as a large HMO from a private landlord, recognising its potential to be transformed into a high-quality nursery setting. With a clear vision and a commitment to excellence, we successfully navigated the complex process of securing a change of use from an HMO to a fully registered nursery—demonstrating our ability to overcome challenges and create outstanding learning environments.

From the moment we opened our doors, our focus remained on building strong partnerships to ensure the nursery’s long-term success. We continued to work closely with the Landlord, Local Community, and the Early Years Department, fostering a collaborative approach that enriched the nursery experience for children and families alike.
