About the Nursery

We are typically open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. However, please check with your specific nursery for exact times.

We follow government guidelines on staff-to-child ratios. For babies, it is typically 1:5 for Toddlers 1:4, and for preschoolers 1:8.

Our staff hold relevant childcare qualifications, including NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare. Many also have additional certifications such as First Aid and Safeguarding. Some of our staff holds teacher qualifications and specialises in Early Years.

Yes, our nursery is registered with Ofsted. You can view our latest inspection report on the Ofsted website or ask us for a copy.

We have secure entry systems, CCTV, and strict pick-up procedures to ensure the safety of all children in our care.

Fees and Funding

Our fees include meals, nappies, and wipes. If you are claiming funded hours, a food and essentials fee will form part of your fee, as the funding received does not fully cover these costs. Please speak to your Nursery Manager for further clarification.

Yes, we accept both childcare vouchers and payments through the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

Some extracurricular activities or outings may incur an additional cost but these are optional.

Afternoon tea is not intended to replace a family dinner but provides your child with the energy and stamina to stay active until the end of the day. All food is freshly prepared on-site by our qualified chef.

We have strict protocols in place to manage allergies and dietary requirements. Please inform us of any specific needs during the registration process.

If your child becomes ill, we will contact you immediately. We have a policy in place to manage common illnesses and require children to stay home if they have contagious symptoms.

Yes, we can administer prescribed medication with parental consent. Please fill out the necessary forms if your child requires medication.
